These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk9k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk9k website located at pk9k.net and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and support channels.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk9k platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and any amendments published herein.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or phone number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk9k login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. pk9k will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pk9k support immediately.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted exactly one pk9k account. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — pk9k reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently forfeit all balances across those accounts without prior notice or appeal.

Verification (KYC)

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and become available in accordance with the wagering requirements of each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by that figure before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility applies.

Bonus Abuse

pk9k employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Strategies that exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and restriction of future bonus eligibility.

pk9k is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling for all players. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income, and never a response to financial stress or emotional difficulty.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations to manage time spent on the platform. You will receive a notification when your limit is approaching.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling by activating a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, your account is restricted from deposits and gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pk9k platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk9k platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform's content.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any pk9k software or design element.
• Using pk9k branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Framing, scraping, or data-mining any part of the pk9k website.

Game content, including audio, visual assets, and logic, provided by third-party game studios (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk9k shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pk9k platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond pk9k's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delayed, failed, or incorrectly processed payments where the fault lies with a third-party payment provider.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach is attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any inaccuracy in sports data, odds, or results provided by third-party data suppliers.

pk9k's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk9k does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability. pk9k will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows.

Termination by You

You may close your pk9k account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before closure is processed, all pending withdrawal requests must be settled and any active bonus terms must be resolved. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks.

Termination by pk9k

pk9k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in prohibited practices including fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Use of the account for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Underage gambling discovered post-registration.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

Where an account is closed by pk9k due to a confirmed Terms breach, any balance held in that account at the time of closure — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. pk9k will notify the player of the closure decision and, where legally required, provide a right of appeal.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pk9k operates as a safe and reliable platform for Bangladeshi players and applies fair, transparent standards to all dispute resolution processes.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and pk9k, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via live chat or email to [email protected]. Include your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant transaction references. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved at the support level, it will be escalated to the pk9k compliance team for formal review. A written response will be issued within 5 business days of escalation.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: The compliance team's written response constitutes pk9k's final position on the dispute. This decision is binding unless overturned through a recognised external adjudication process.

pk9k is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. We do not charge players any fee for submitting a complaint or initiating the dispute resolution process.

pk9k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for any of the following reasons:

• Changes to applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards.
• Updates to platform features, products, or payment methods.
• Clarification of existing provisions based on player feedback or dispute patterns.
• Changes to bonus structures, wagering requirements, or promotional frameworks.
• Corrections to typographical or factual errors in the existing Terms.

How We Notify You

When a material change is made to these Terms, pk9k will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or display a prominent notice on the platform homepage for a minimum of 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections or minor clarifications that do not alter player rights) may be made without prior notice.
